OBJEKTIF PELAN
ImagePelan ini menawarkan perlindungan Takaful dengan cara pembiayaan kos rawatan hospital dan kos pembedahan di hospital bagi setiap peserta.


SYARAT-SYARAT PENYERTAAN

  • Umur kemasukan: minima (30 hari- UHAD) dan maksima (60 tahun- UHAD)
  • Tempoh perlindungan: sehingga berumur 70 tahun- UHAD
  • Mod Caruman/Bayaran: bayaran sumbangan adalah secara tahunan sahaja.
  • Pembaharuan: pembaharuan/renewal adalah dijamin sepenuhnya.
